Rob began learning about fitness as a teenager. An unexplained hip injury caused him to walk with a severe limp for 5 years which led him to discover the gym and weight training during his teenage years. His passion for coaching grew after he founded a rugby team whilst at Manchester University, after the first year he handed over the coaching job to Mark! / Rob loves having variety in training, competing in triathlons, boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, CrossFit, and ultra-marathons! / Away from MobGroup you might find Rob coaching his private clients, writing scripts, or playing with his daughter.
