Coach: Mark Briant
Mark has always been a competitive athlete, playing semi-professional rugby for Blackheath RFC where he achieved ‘world-class’ fitness rankings. Nowadays he enjoys a bit of everything from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, running, cycling, and swimming, anything to keep him active. Prior to MobGroup, Mark worked in banking so understands the challenges of juggling health and fitness with a demanding office job. As well as being a personal trainer, Mark also has a passion for food and is a qualified BTN Nutritionist. Not only does he love delivering our range of nutrition talks and workshops, but also hosts our weekly live cookalongs, teaching our members to cook something delicious, from scratch each week.
