As such, he tailors all sessions to freeing the body, relaxing the mind and breathing a little more easily.Making the move from digital PR pro to full-time yoga teacher in 2018, Mark has since expanded into offering meditation, mindfulness and Yoga Nidra (non-physical/sleep yoga) classes.His teaching philosophy stems from a firm belief that all these practices are open to every mind and every body.
