Jonny has been practising mindfulness and meditation for over 17 years. He began his training in traditional meditation and mindfulness practices in Zen, Vipassana, Yoga and Tai Chi before moving into Mindfulness and Compassion training. He is recognised on the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations UK listing. This listing recognises teachers that ‘meet the UK Good Practice Guidance for Mindfulness-Based Teaches'. When not leading one of our mindfulness workshops, you will find Jonny hanging out with his rescue dog, training with his kettlebells, or enjoying nature!
