Coach: Jen Munden
Jen completed her 200 hour training in California back in 2017. Her passion for yoga comes from a personal place where she wanted to become more aware of her mental wellbeing. Since then she has been sharing her love for yoga and mindfulness through teaching Hatha, by focusing on breathing and setting intentions. To her, yoga is accessible to all, and there as a tool to help improve your state of mind.When Jen’s not teaching in Kent and London she likes bouldering, taking nature photography, and cooking up Italian food.
